The City of Windsor has sent out its final 2020 property tax bills.

The city offers three pre-authorized payment plans. For the instalment date plan, the due dates are Aug. 19, Sept. 16 and Nov. 18. For the mid-month plan, the dates are Aug. 17, Sept. 15, Oct. 15 and Nov. 16 and Dec. 15. Due dates for the end-of-month plan are Aug. 31, Sept. 30, Oct. 30, Nov. 30 and Dec. 31.

The city said it changed dates for the final billing cycle to allow processing time for the last instalment of the interim billing, which was extended to June 30 during the early stages of the COVID-19 pandemic.

If you have questions, or have not received your tax bills by Aug. 4, call 311 or send an email to propertytax@citywindsor.ca.

You can pay with your mortgage payments or at an approved bank, credit union or trust company. You can also pay by telephone banking, mailing a cheque or by leaving a cheque in the drop-off box on the first floor of city hall.
